Red Square
Red Square is a city square in Moscow. It separates the Kremlin, currently the official residence of the President of Russia, from a historic merchant quarter known as Kitai-gorod. Red Square is often considered the central square of Moscow, because Moscow's major streets—which connect to Russia's major highways—originate from the square.
Cathedral of Christ the Saviour
The Cathedral of Christ the Saviour is a cathedral in Moscow, on the northern bank of the Moskva River, a few blocks southwest of the Kremlin. With an overall height of 103 metres (338 ft), it is the tallest Orthodox Christian church in the world.


Kuskovo Estate
Kuskovo was the summer country house and estate of the Sheremetev family. Built in the mid-18th century, it was originally situated several miles to the east of Moscow but now is part of the East District of the city. It was one of the first great summer country estates of the Russian nobility, and one of the few near Moscow still preserved. Today the estate is the home of the Russian State Museum of Ceramics, and the park is a favorite place of recreation for Muscovites.
Kolomenskoye Park
Kolomenskoe is one of the most beautiful places in all of Moscow. Although only a short metro ride from the center, and situated close to one of the city's most industrialized areas, the park and its awe-inspiring buildings are so steeped in history that not even the Kremlin itself can quite so well evoke the Russia of old.


The Winter Palace
The Winter Palace in Saint Petersburg, Russia was the home of the Russian Monarchs from 1732-1917.

Shukhov Tower
The Shukhov radio tower, also known as the Eiffel Tower of the East, is a broadcasting tower in Moscow designed by Vladimir Shukhov. The 160-meter-high free-standing steel diagrid structure was built in the early 1920's, during the Russian Civil War.

The Church of the Intercession at Fili is a Naryshkin baroque church commissioned by the boyar Lev Naryshkin 1689; the territory has belonged to City of Moscow since 1935.
