  1. Go online or to the post office to find the requirements needed to apply for a passport.

  2. Complete the passport application form.

  3. Have two passport photos taken at the post office or other places that offer the service.

  4. Make an appointment with a place that offers the passport processing service.

  5. Take your passport photos, application, ID, and proof of citizenship to the appointment.

  6. You'll have to pay a fee of $60.

  7. At the meeting they will verify all your information.

  8. Your application will be sent off double check all your documents and then they process your passport.

  9. It can take up to 10 weeks for your passport to arrive.
